Cub-On Family Camping
This is a great introduction to camping for families new to Scouting because meals are provided for all participants as well as trained staff for all areas of camp including range masters and lifeguard.
Activities: camping, boating, archery, BB guns, hiking, pocket knife safety, swimming, campfire program and featuring “Spirit of the Arrow” - a special program for Webelos II Scouts.
Cost: $60 per person 6 & over

Capture Tink and keep her under lock and key, bomb the evil Wendy Bird, rescue Hook and Smee from the Crocodile and sharpen your flying skills with a little homemade pixie dust! Cook Lost Boy Stew, play Follow The Leader, try out your new pirate ship and make your own treasure box. Join the Indian tribe for dinner, rescue Tiger Lilly and be initiated as an official Lost Boy at a campfire ceremony you'll never forget. All this and more at the Adventures in Neverland Cub-Parent Weekend, June 2-3 at Bolder Creek Scout Reservation! “CSI - Cub Scout Investigations”
Gadzooks Watson! It’s Cub Scout Investigations Week! Have you ever tracked down evidence Searched for clues? Cracked a code? Join Sherlock Holmes for fun with fingerprints, magnifying glasses, footprint casting, Morse Code, crime scene investigation, ciphers, puzzles, cooking up delectable delicacies, fun crafts and more. Archery will be offered at all camps, as well as BB’s and swimming in Stevens Creek/Palo Alto. Webelos will also have a chance to hone their skills in Communication and First Aid at Stevens Creek/Palo Alto. Be sure to book this on your calendar!
Activities: Age-related activities for both Cub Scouts as well as Webelos including crafts, games, archery and more.

“Sail on the Bay” aboard a Sea Scout Ship!
This is a fun-filled introduction to our Sea Scouting program for Cub Scouts and their families held year after year! Participants will take a 1 ½ hour cruise around San Francisco Bay and learn about our tidal habitat. Basic ship safety and operations will also be covered. Each participant will receive a commemorative patch. The Sea Scouts are part of the BSA’s co-ed Venturing division and focus on teaching young men and women maritime skills.
Activities: Sail the San francisco Bay aboard a Sea Scout ship.
Cost: $20 per person

Webelos Resident Camp 
This exciting new program gives Webelos a "sneak peek" into the wonderful world of Boy Scout Camp. It also provides a wonderful opportunity for a parent to enjoy a unique camping experience with their Scout. A ratio of 1 adult for every 3 youth is required for this camping program. Tied to a theme, Webelos will have the opportunity to earn advancement in Aquanaut, Forester, Geologist, Naturalist and Outdoorsman activity badges. Astronomy, Wildlife Conservation, Fishing, Archery and BB gun belt loops can be earned as well. Exciting aquatics activities including Rowing and Canoeing are also offered. Webelos can participate in hands-on "Trail to First Class" skill including fire building and cooking their own meal.
Cost: $175 per Webelos, $65 per adult

Webelos X-treme
An introduction to the fun and excitement of the Boy Scout program for Webelos and their parents.

Activities: Archery, Monkey Bridge, pioneering projects, canoeing, orienteering, obstacle course, and more!
Cost: $14 per Scout
Dates: Sep, 22, 2012
Times: Starts 10:00am
Location: Coyote Point, San Mateo (knoll area)
Bring: Shooting sports permission, refillable water bottle, sturdy shoes (no sandals), and be in Scout uniform.

Boy Scout Blastcar Rally
BlastCar boxBoy Scouts, Sea Scouts or Venturers, come race your own Blastcar at the first ever Pacific Skyline Council Blastcar Rally!! You will need to purchase a Blastcar Kit at the Scout Shop and build it before the race. This will fulfill some requirements in the following Merit Badges: Woodcarving, Woodworking, or Model Design and Building.
Cost: Registration fee of $10 will cover CO2 canisters and a patch for each participant.

Pacific Skyline Council will again be sending two troops to the 2013 National Scout Jamboree. In 2013 the National Jamboree will be held at the new summit Bechtel Family national Reserve in West Virginia. Space in the Council troops is limited so apply today!

Grand Opening of the Eagle Scout Centennial ExhibitEagle Scout Arthur Eldredge
The Scouting Heritage Committee is proud to present the Grand Opening of the Eagle Scout Centennial exhibit. Guest speakers will include Eagle Scouts from different eras, and George Saywell, Grand Commander of the Knights of Dunamis in 1955. The exhibit will feature historic Eagle Scout patches and medals, memorabilia from the Knights of Dunamis, the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award, and tidbits of the history of the Eagle Scout Award over the last 100 years.

The Pacifica Police Explorer Post will be hosting a spaghetti feed fundraiser to help pay for their trip to the 2012 National Conference in Colorado.
Cost: $10 per person, $5 for children under 12. The ticket includes spaghetti, salad, bread, assorted beverages and dessert. There will also be a raffle during dinner.
