Applications are now being accepted for the Glenn A. and Melinda W. Adams National Eagle Scout Project of the Year. The award recognizes the top Eagle Scout Service Project in the country, based on council and regional-level winners.
The Silver Beaver is the highest award that a council may bestow on an individual Scouter. Likewise, the William H. Spurgeon Award is the highest award a council may bestow on an individual Exploring leader. Nomination forms are due Dec 21, 2015.

Pacific Skyline Council has three designated trails where hikers may earn a patch for completing the trail.
Details on each of the respective trails may be found in their accompanying trail guides. All of the patches (and medal) are available to anyone who completes the respective hikes: Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, family, friends, etc. Patches and medal can be purchased at the Cutter Scout Reservation Trading Post.
