The Council’s Scoutreach program enabled 886 youth in our low income families to participate in Scouting. In 2014 2206 Cub Scouts went camping. As for the Boy Scouts, 1275 advanced in rank, 1805 went camping, and 180 reached the rank of Eagle.

We honored Bill Reller at our Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner while raising $280,000 at the same time. The number in attendance and the amount raised broke records for the council.

We introduced a new ATV program at Cutter Scout Reservation. At Camp Oljato, even with the lake level down to 30% due to the drought and it's challenges, we had a full aquatics program and had the opportunity to offer new merit badges such as archeology (of the lake bed).

The Council operated with a balanced budget.

Solid governance practices guide the Council, ensuring the highest integrity in financial auditing and membership validation procedures.

The Council achieved the highest level– Gold –in the “Journey to Excellence.”
