T HIS COURSE MEETS THE NEW BSA WILDERNESS FIRST AID TRAINING STANDARDS
A well-trained volunteer with the first aid skills taught at this course will be an asset to any High Adventure Unit.

Prerequisites: You must be currently certified in CPR and be at least 14 years old.

This is a blended learning course, meaning you must complete the lecture portion of the course online at your own pace prior to May 22 nd, then attend skills and scenario sessions consisting of hands on practice under the supervision of certified instructors. Be prepared for any weather possibility, this class will go on rain-or-shine. After registering you will be e-mailed needed information including a list of items to bring, other session details, and how to access the online portion of the class.
For those who would like it, blended learning CPR is available by appointment after 4 pm on the 21 st.
FEES: $40.00 Materials Fee, which includes the BSA Wilderness First Aid field guide and expendable First Aid supplies
$35.00 for ECSI - BSA Wilderness First Aid – field practicum and certification which is valid for two years.
$25.00 for ASHI CPR/AED - this certification is valid for two years.
