Snow Camping Training
In-Person Training
Multi-Week Training Course
Conduct fun and safe snow trips for your troop or crew! Learn about clothing and gear, cooking, shelters and much more! Get hands-on winter outdoor training for Scouts BSA or Venturing camping in the snow! This course is a must for leading winter camping and backpacking trips for Pacific Skyline Council troops and crews.

HAT: High Adventure Training
In-Person Training
Multi-Week Training Course
For anyone who intends to take Scouts on outings more than a few miles from the trailhead. Emphasis is on safety, first aid, and program planning. Course consists of 3 classroom sessions and a weekend field experience. Must complete all 4 sessions. Participants are recommended to have taken IOLS prior to participation.

Wood Badge (A90)
In-Person Training
Multi-Week Training Course
​The objective of a Wood Badge course is to demonstrate as practically as possible the aims and methods of Scouting. Five days (two weekends) in duration, the course is a multi-faceted presentation of leadership skills, organizational tools, and participatory activities based on the best of Scouting traditions and the latest in team-development theory.

Wilderness First Aid (N02)
In-Person Training
November 1, 2026
​This 2-day course is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to assess, treat, and manage medical emergencies and injuries in remote outdoor environments where access to advanced medical care is limited or delayed. The 16-hour course is designed for those participating in Scouting high adventure activities such as Philmont and Northern Tier.
Must attend both days of one session:

There is no overnight component of the Wilderness First Aid course.
