Merit badges are an integral part of the Scouting program! There are more than 135 merit badges—enabling Scouts to learn about outdoor skills, new sports, crafts, science, trades, business, and future careers. Sponsoring a merit badge is a meaningful way to support a Scout’s growth. Your contribution helps provide quality programs, skilled counselors, and hands-on experiences that inspire learning and confidence. With your help, Scouts can follow their interests and turn curiosity into lifelong skills.
