Order of the Arrow

For over 100 years, the Order of the Arrow has recognized Scouts and Scouters who exemplify the Scout Oath and Law daily

The OA is Scouting’s National Honor Society. As an integral part of Scouting America, the OA delivers peer-led advanced leadership experiences that help to build lifelong bonds through service and enrich each member’s Scouting journey.

OA members are defined by the fellowship they share, service to others, commitment to personal growth, and self-driven initiative to make a difference in their community.

Individuals
If you have already been inducted into the Order of the Arrow (perhaps as a youth), and are registered with Scouting America, then you can transfer your membership by filling out this form and paying your dues (see below).  As simple as that!

Units
Ohlone Lodge is Pacific Skyline Council’s Order of the Arrow organization. Ohlone Lodge members would love to visit your unit, whether you have Scouts eligible to be elected or not. We can promote summer camp, present camping and high adventure opportunities, and explain the Order of the Arrow in a way that motivates Scouts to become eligible for the recognition.

Order of the Arrow Unit Visitation has two “seasons”: January-March and August-October. Unit leaders should receive an email from the Lodge starting each January with a custom link for scheduling a visit. Request that link at any time from our Vice Chief for Inductions (youth leader) at VCI@ohlone63.org.
